Slow roasted organic dandelion root sold by the ounce. This dandelion root is hand harvested in rural Wisconsin where there is no population pollution. Wild grown in open field of rolling hills.
The process of preparing this dandelion root is very lengthy and done entirely by hand with care. The roots are soaked, washed and scrubbed three times, then coarsely chopped and roasted under very low temp of 150 degrees until completely dry and ready for use. This slow process ensures optimal nutritional benefits.
Used for many medicinal purposes and wonderful in tea.
